The Block 2021 | Hallway, Laundry and Powder Room Reveals
The Block infamous ‘Hell Week’ Hallway week was back for 2021, known as the toughest week for contestants to endure, and this year was no different.
Nonetheless, the class of 21 - Fans vs Faves, persisted and delivered with exceptional results.
We took an up-close and personal look and delved into a few of the judge’s favourites to explore the finer details of these stunning spaces.
LAUNDRIES
KIRSTY & JESSE - HOUSE 5
Taking out first place with perfect scores, Kirsty and Jesse produced an impressive laundry zone and hallway, beautifully detailed and styled.
Opting for a subway tile splashback and navy blue joinery, keeping in theme with their kitchen as a cohesive country-chic extension.
Fully functional with a layer of luxe glam, Kirsty and Jesse chose to incorporate a Meir Tiger Bronze Round Piccola Pull Out Kitchen Mixer Tap in their kitchen as well as their laundry.

RONNIE & GEORGIA - HOUSE 1
The most utilitarian space in the home, Ronnie and Georgia chose to make theirs sophisticated, with undisturbed flow direct from their butler’s pantry. The end result was everything and more.
Their dream laundry came together flawlessly with neutrals and inclusions of timber and marble, producing texture whilst allowing brass elements to shine.

Attention to detail, even in the smallest details, was curated across Kirsty and Jesse’s hallway.
Their Hamptons-style vibe was felt through elegant touches, producing a welcoming space.
A bench seat featured for comfort and ample storage space, perfect for hiding away belongings, whilst Meir Tiger Bronze robe hooks produced sophisticated functionality, elevating a cute and compact area when not in use.

POWDER ROOMS
Bold with pops of colour, the Powder Rooms brought whimsy and intrigue, with contestants opting for Meir Matte Black for a sleek and edgy touch.
JOSH & LUKE - HOUSE 4
Despite Josh and Luke not finishing their powder room, they still managed to create a small yet mighty space, punctuated with a coloured concrete basin and Meir Matte Black tapware.
